Summer Celebration Week with Barbara Swetina, Francois Monnet and Ian Turnbull in Findhorn, Scotland

This year our summer celebration will be dedicated to investigating and rediscovering our Kingly and Queenly nature. How do we live, how do we treat ourselves and each other when we feel the dignity, the joy, the beauty of Kings and Queens in our hearts? Do we become masters or servants? Is it about giving or receiving?Read more...

School of Celebration

IMG_3108
Currently we are working on the idea of the School of Celebration. Celebration is the oil that lubricates the community cogs and wheels! It is an art that is getting lost, but it can be remebered and taught. This photo is from an Easter Celebration in the south of France. A small group of people gathered together to prepare an Easter event. Singing, dancing, outings in nature, playing music and silence helped us to connect with the spirit inside and all around us. We sent an invitation to all inhabitants of a small village, Eourres, to join us. On Easter sunday, April 8th, we took more than 100 people into nature to a magic celebration! You can get an idea of what we were up to from the pictures! Go to the photo gallery to Eourres 07 for more!
The wizard behind the scenes is Francois monnet, a French poet, painter, actor and trans-cultural artist with extensive experience in community ritual. http://francoismonnet.free.fr
